Day of Event

  • Team arrives 1 hour prior to beginning of event
  • Meet with committee for last minute briefing and review of evening timeline
  • Site evaluation, includes both a sound and lighting check
  • Emcee for the evening (This includes any special announcements requested by organization, promoting of event activities, assistance with both silent and raffle items and Ambassador for organizations cause
  • Training of Live auction volunteers
  • Professional clerk to record all revenue generated in live portion of event
  • Assistance with any request by client

Post Event

  • 1 Hour debriefing phone call with client to discuss the outcome of the Live Auction
